Returns & Refund Policy
At Hawaiian Shaved Ice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your syrups and equipment; however, due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on consumable food products once they have been opened. If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact our customer support team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or damage.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach photos of any damaged syrup bottles or malfunctioning equipment to help us expedite your claim.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive your returned non-consumable items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
